Vril, kundalini and the torus.

Based on her other videos, this woman is obviously disturbed, however, it appears that she may have some unique insights into vril. She is apparently trying to connect vril, kundalini, and the torus together.

There are many references to the toroidal shape and ufos and vimana mercury engines in writings. Moreover, it is also said in numerous places that the Vril Society would meditate/concentrate on an apple that is sliced in half, which is basically toroidal.

Is vril and kundalini the same thing? Did the Vril Society perform yoga to release their kundalini energies? Is the apple exercise an energy breathing meditation to accomplish this? This process is related to anti gravity engines? It is interesting that kundalini and vimanas are both uniquely eastern India.
